During your initial consultation with me, I have you fill out a “Electroepilation Consent Form” and a “Personal Information and Medical Questionnaire” which contains a line asking if you allow me to contact you via text messaging.
All of your personal information is retained by me purely for legal reasons and for my future reference. I only ask questions that I feel are directly relevant to providing my services.
None of the information you give me is ever shared with anyone, such as third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging is opt-in with your consent and can be halted at any time. Any content in text messages remains private and will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging has been enabled almost exclusively for you to message me in case you will be late or know you need to cancel an appointment. Again, any content in text messages remains private and will not be shared with any third parties.
