Winchester Plaza has two completely free and secluded private parking lots, and there are always vacant parking spaces so you never need to hunt for a spot. The parking lot in the very back of the complex is closest to my office in the “J” building.
When driving north on Winchester Blvd, your GPS or map application may have you turn into the Bethel Church parking lot, which is fine since the two parking lots are connected. This saves you from needing to make a U-turn at Williams Road.
